Description

The menupickergizmo is a relatively simple Gizmo that allows either a dropdown of Menus to be shown from an Icon (the drop down can be automatically populated from the Show In Menu Picker property on the menus or a top menu picked), or to act as a single-click link to a Menu. Selection of the single item or item in the dropdown will refresh the Menu Bar to the selected Menu.

For configuration as a standard auto generated picker, a single-click icon to change menus can be configured by selecting the root menu as "LIMS Menu". This will switch to this menu when clicked. Note that the Show Full Page property will toggle whether or not the main navigation window changes to the full screen rendering of the menu or not, i.e., the Sitemap is loaded.

Tab Id

If using tabs, specify an identifier for the tab. If not using tabs, leave this blank. If you leave this blank and you are using tabs, the gizmo will not be displayed.

Show Gizmo

Yes/No shows/hides the gizmo.

Width

Width of the gizmo in pixels.

Height

Height of the gizmo in pixels.

Enable Resize

Yes/No allows/prevents resizing of the gizmo.

Options

Details concerning properties that appear on options dialogs:

Property Name	Description
Property Id	Identifier of the property that appears on an options dialog. If this is in a collection or property list, include the full path using the dot character (.) as a separator.
Editable	No disables editing of the property, but it will still be visible.

Selection Mode

Button or Automatic.

Root Menu

root Menu to use as the start of the Menu Picker tree.

Show Current

Yes shows the current Menu in the selector.

Show Full Page

No prevents the page from loading the full Menu. In this case, it will continue to render the current page and swap only the Menu Bar.

Show Dashboards

Yes/No shows/hides Dashboards from being displayed by the Menu Picker.
