AQC Policy

The AQC Policy specifies project-specific configuration properties for AQC.

Property Name Description
DataSet Selection Mode Determines if the SDIWorkitemitem should be honored when the QC Batch is created.

When creating a new QC Batch, the system looks at the Workitems specified in the QC Method. Those workitems define the Parameter Lists to be included in the QC Batch. This property determines which Data Sets are added to the QC Batch.

Property Name Description
Honor SDIWorkItemItem If set to "Yes", only Data Sets belonging to the specific QC Method's Workitem on the unknown Samples are included in the created QC Batch.

If set to "No", any Data Sets associated with Parameter Lists defined by the QC Method's Workitem are included in the created QC Batch.
QC Batch Review Validation When the Review Disposition of the QCBatchReviewMaint page (reviewdisposition column) is set to "Approved", an onChange event is fired, which checks the value of this property.
•If set to "Requires Dataset Approval", the QC Batch Review Disposition is not set to "Approved" until the status of all Data Sets in the QC Batch are "Completed".
•For backward-compatibility, the default value is "Independent of DataSet Approval".

The QCBatch SDC has a preEdit SDC Rule to check this when the Review Disposition is set to "Approved".

This property affects only QC Batch Approval. Rejection and Retesting are not affected by it.
Translate QC Rule Description "Yes" translates the QC Rule Description and saves it in the database.
Copy QC Batch Security Department To QC Samples "Yes" copies the securitydepartment from the QC Batch to the QC Samples.
