The Issue Repository Policy provides system-wide configuration settings for Issue Management.

Property Description
Repository Name Name of the Issue Repository as it appears in the GUI.
Enabled Yes/No enables/disables the Issue Management functionality.
Handler Class Handler class used to add a new Repository (see Issue Management and Reporting → Issue Repositories).
Issue View URL Direct URL to the Issue in the external Repository. This support replacement of the [issuerefid] token, which references the number used by Repository to identify the Issue.
Login Authentication Mode Determines how login credentials are treated when Submitting an Issue.
"User Specific" prompts for credentials (see Issue Management and Reporting → Submitting Issues).
"Global" exposes "Global Auth Credentials" (below) and uses those credentials without prompting (see Issue Management and Reporting → Submitting Issues).
"Not Applicable" means login does not require any type of authentication.
Global Auth Credentials If "Login Authtication Mode" is set to Global, these credentials are used when Submitting an Issue.

Additional Properties This option is provided to define additional properties that are made available to the sapphire.ext.BaseIssueHandler class during execution. There are no specific permissible values.

As provided OOB for the VantageCare Issue Repository, the "addtoemailcclist" property is defined. This determines if the current User's email address will be added to the CC List for the VantageCare Issue.
