Mode Determines whether the page is editable (Edit) or read-only (View).
TemplateSelection Defines Sample Template selection options.

SampleTemplateSelection Restrictive WhereIf Sample Templates can be selected, this is an optional restrictive where to filter the selection.
Quantity Units Defines Quantity Units of measurement.

Units CategoryUnits Category displayed in the Quantity dropdown. This offers a choice of all Categorized Units that are configured in the system.

Label MethodLabel Method for printing the new Samples.
Container TypeContainer Type used for the new Samples.
Test Selection Defines columns rendered in the Test Selection form.

Allow Test SelectionDetermines if Tests can be selected.
