Forms Policy

The Forms Policy determines system-level behavior for Forms built using eForms technology.

Attachments Determines default file locations for file lookups.
Property Name Description
Store attachments by reference "No" stores the Attachment as a BLOB in the SDIAttachment table.

"Yes" does not store the Attachment as a BLOB in the SDIAttachment table. It stores the Attachment as a pointer to the file specified by the next two properties.

FileLocationPolicy node for attachments by referenceNode that specifies the File Location Policy defining the Attachment file.
FileLocationPolicy node file idValue of the "Id" property of the File Location Policy that defines the Attachment file.
Custom Buttons Determines how buttons are rendered on a Form.
Property Name Description
Hide Form Buttons On Readonly "Yes" hides custom buttons added to a Form (in the Form Builder) after a Document is submitted in the EForm Manager.
